Impregnation coat for outside application
Product description
Surface Conditioner is a solvent based, colourless, unsaponifiable impregnation coat especially for outside application to ensure a firm embedment of the paint system on mineral surfaces (brick, concrete,....). Moreover, it insulates the alkaline surfaces such as concrete, fresh jointing,..... through which the binder of the following paint system is not affected (does not saponify).
